Our Core Philosophy

We believe great technology comes from great people working together in person. Our workplace policies are built around discipline, collaboration, growth, and respect. We follow all applicable Indian labour laws (Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, and West Bengal regulations) while creating a professional environment where every team member can deliver their best work.

Work Schedule & Attendance

Standard Work Week: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (9 hours per day including lunch break)
Office-First Policy: We strongly prefer and expect all team members to work from our Kolkata office. In-person collaboration is at the core of our culture and drives the quality of our Web3 solutions.
Remote Work: Available only in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies or pre-approved situations) with prior manager approval. Regular work-from-home is not part of our standard policy.

Leave & Time-Off Policy

Paid Time Off (PTO): 24 paid leaves per year (in addition to public holidays)
Sick Leave: Up to 12 days per year (as per West Bengal Shops & Establishments Act)
